What is the Cocoon Sauna Pod?

With the Cocoon Fitness Pod, you can experience both a sauna and a massage at once. This system is perfect for weight, sleep, or chronic pain management, fitness recovery, or meditation.

How it works

  • The Cocoon Fitness Pod combines radiant heat with convection dry heated air to deliver a soothing whole body warmth that can be set from ambient to 192°F. At higher heat settings, significant perspiration can be expected.
  • An optional full-body vibrational massage using a dual wave massage vibration system. You can adjust the massage to emphasize the upper back, lower leg, or provide an even harmony of massages for total body relaxation.

What to Expect

  1. No prior preparation is needed.
  2. You will wear a special suit that will both promote and capture perspiration.
  3. After there will be a towel to wipe down, then you can go about your day.
  4. Remember to hydrate throughout the day!
